gonna add another note:
- be confident, but be humble. when you are young, your main objective should be to learn, and be in an atmosphere that fosters your own creative growth. sometimes it's better to go somewhere you'll be making less, but surrounded by better people, because in the end you'll be richer for it.
- you should know that you don't know shit! and your work ain't shit!
