Ok well here are a few things I suggest you do:
Visit the Luk Yu Teahouse in Central
Go to Stanley Market, via a bus from central. The ride is awesome.
Go to the Po Lin Monastery and giant buddah on Lantau Island
Go drinking in Lan Kwai, Wan Chai, and Tsim Sha Tsui
Go to Nathan Road on kowloon side for gadgets. Never accept the first, second, or third price they give you.
Go to the Night Market in Yau Ma Tei/Jordan for a good laugh.
