I am busting my ass. We are split in 2 studios, one here and one upstate in Rochester. I work the same amount of hours each week as the "art directors" of each office. Im the first in, and used to be the last out....Im making it a point not to be the last one to leave. Not for 35K a year...I would love to work 70 hours a week, I love this shit...but this office just insn't a challenge anymore.
