jess, how are you with going the extra mile for stuff? showing that you stand out among the other people in your office.
if you ask me...a lot of bosses want to see you basically bust your ass hard before they can give you a raise, and still they may have a hard time.
i started making shit here where i am now...but every year i worked harder than the last...and now i'm up more than 15g's then when i started...but i did work my ass off.
i'm still doing it, because at one point the money issue will always come up again and you want to have as much ammo for it when it does...
