You only get what you expect you deserve. I think I took too long to realise this.

you have to want it to get it. i expect no less than a certain amount today. i will never settle ever again. i wont hold myself back either.
ask for more! no one else is going to ask for you!
do it! $50k $60k $70k do it!
start the feeling in your mind that you will begin to bring home more money. be comfortable in discussing that new number with others. you are not entry level anymore. start to demand the cash that demands this business!
