in a related story:
for one summer job i installed electrical services (working for com ed) into newly developed homes.
one day i went up to the raceway (the metal box on the outside of the home where the meater is) after it had rained. the homeowner had said their power was out. while my right foot was in a puddle i touched the raceway with my right hand and was electrocuted. it blew me back 5 feet from the house onto my back. what happened was one of the wires had broken loose and was touching the metal box, when i touched it the shock went through my body and out my right foot. luckily i touched it with my right hand instead of my left or the shock would have gone through my heart. it was an awesome feeling.
now i seem to conduct static electricity (by walking on the floor and touching another person or whatever) very good. i can produce some intense shocks.
kinda cool.
