no listen to anyone here...get a console for the games you love not the brand that plays them.
research the titles that will be shipping with 360 over the titles already out for both PS2 and Xbox and the ndecide what console you want.
the Xbox was designed to be more powerful than the PS2 but PS2 has over 1000 more games than Xbox.
its about gameplay, thats what it comes down to.
i personally believe the SNES has the best game play of any system, cept maybe NEO GEO but that is another thread.
i also personaly will never support Microsoft and never get an Xbox or 360 but the games also designed uner those consoles are created specificially for the pc gamer as the lead demographic. i myself dont play pc games and hence wont purchase the system that has that style of gaming.
do the research and find the system that will benefit you the most.
the PS3 will have all the licenses under their umbrella while the Revolution will only have a limited of those licenses and the 360 will also in turn probably have half of the sont licenses as well.
so its simple...what do you want as a gamer?
