    Yeah. I work out like crazy 6 times a week, but I eat crazier I guess. Not even shitty food except for on occasions like the holidays and birthday parties and shit. I just eat in excess, you know. 2 of everything when 1 would be enough. But I'm genetically a big guy. I've was 235 lbs. when I was in 8th grade, and lowest I've been since was 212 back '98 when I was running like 15 mile/week. But I hate running; it burns too much muscle. I'm going to try some interval training this round. In the meantime, I'll be doing interval eating tomorrow at the breakfast, lunch and dinner table.
