Honest reply:
My ideal situation...I'm fairly close to it. Doing things I went to school for, continuing to learn new skills, doing some design work, basically being a jack of all trades over many projects and responsibilities in my job. I'm in a spot where my contributions cover a range of things that might require more people.
I have as much focus on content development and content writing as I do on the other parts, perhaps more. That's rewarding in alot of ways. But my ideal thing...I wish I went home and did more artwork, stuff I'd have for my portfolio, things I could sell, show in galleries, etc. The ideas are there, it's just the follow-through that rarely happens.
But seeing sites like that ISO50 are truly inspiring, make me want to go home and actually do those things.
