  not that i believe someone who flirts should be sexually assorted to any degree but in "britain" women do wear like a "belt" and high heels even on a northern snowing freezing nite - drinking is out of control which is used as an excuse, and conviction rates are just pathetic sending out its not a real crime.

  girls need to minimize the risk, i know hookers that wouldnt even where dresses as short as i have seen at the meat market nigthclubs of the south east
