    A quick poll of 4 foreign burds at work....

    1 German
    1 French
    2 Italians

    said that whilst you could never blame a rape victim that by dressing and acting like they often do Scottish girls are doing nothing to minimise the risk.

    All 4 were of the opinion that there is no way they would dress like that and feel in the slightest safe anywhere except in the safety of the home.
