well, ones a woman and one sounds like a foriegner, so in other words - both can easily be exploited for minimum wage or below, so it seems to me that the only wise option for any noble man with a good and noble business acumen, is to take them both on, let the foreigner do the real work while you arrange some 'extra tuition' for the lady, this would likely involve lessons in correction, mouse holding, smooth wacom stroking exercises, as well as a lot of touching up and retouching.
