    Vitamins work, but it depends on your system. Everyone is different and what works for one metabolism might not hold tru for another. I tak Muscle Milk that is a protein shake when I work out and it's packed full of Vitamins and taste good. It works for me, I see muscular and metabolic results and suprisingly quick. A buddy of mine tried it and saw nothing.
