pulp • joy division • cure • culture club • bauhaus • duran duran • you could class , elton john in this too but all his good stuff was really pre-80's he fell into a weird slump in the 80s but stepped back out of it a little in the 90's but really has not matched any of his success from the 70s ... but still an amazing artists regardless ... and now ive gotten onto a bit of a tangent about elton ... hmmm so be it ...
