not my gift to her but her gift to me.
leading up to my birthday she made excuses she couldn't get me a present. i was pretty much bummed about it.
last night we went out for dinner for my birthday. after we had our meal she excused herself to the ladie's room but then suddenly the piano player started playing 'happy birthday' and she started singing. most of the guest started to sing along also. a waiter brought me a cake and another brought me a box of present.
priceless. best birthday ever.
