you could use this to your benefit.
Tell your boss that you discoverd this guy napping on the job, but that it turns out he is THE most productive person in the warehouse, and never has any accidents and seems to love and take pride in his work. Say something like "You know, I hear there was this manager guy over at *insert managers fave corporation here* who actually picked up some awards and bonuses for letting people sleep on the job, hell - he even introduced pool tables and beer, its crazy but they say it worked.. I mean I dont believe it but I guess you have to be a pretty intelligent progressive guy to do such a thing"
