well aside from yomamma jokes, i have found that the most offensive thing to call someone (if you really wanna provoke them) is ShitFace.
if someone calls you an asshole, then whatever. ive been called worse by better and im not particularly offended, BUT if someone calls you shitface.... well, you know they are serious cuz that is just fucking mean.
ie - say these aloud and try ti for yourself:
"Fuck you asshole" and now "Fuck you shitface" and BAM you see what i mean doncha?
