sorry... but the bandwagon comment is inaccurate. i started watching in the late 80s. mj coming up. bird. magic. clyde the glide. ewing. barkley. it was a much different game and different league......
jordan was the ultimate competitor and a huge draw. today's equivalent - kobe - is a stats first ball hog dick who will never win anything... and he'll still be on the cover of every game and mag.
the league used to be about the game but now it's about what the game can sell you - gear, xboxes, cds, dvds......
