AIGA almost exclusively uses Coroflot to get its listings. So just check Coroflot and you'll get both.
I am also looking for something full time and more perm and have every single one of those sites in my list, except for Monster (which IMO sucks ass and is a joke and a waste of time....at least for design/web related stuff).....Craigslist is the best but you gotta check it every single day of the week.....Aquent, which you probably know about but just in case you don't, is a staffing agency.....I've never had better luck getting a design job then I did when i went through Aquent.....IME they are awesome in Boston but I don't know how they are in Chicago.....Boston is also their main corporate office for the entire globe so I'm not sure if that means they are more on top of stuff here.
Anyway, good luck with it all. Someone once told me (and its a totally annoying statement to have told to you but its true)....."You gotta make it your full time job to get a full time job".....its one of those things that parents say that makes you want to throw up all over them but, ya know what, its actually pretty damn true.
Also, I've heard that THE CREATIVE GROUP is pretty sweet but, again, they may be good for Boston and not Chicago.
