no it is not a stable axis point.
And another thing is that it is a 7 minute video ( so its more than 10.000 frames ) and only about like every 60th frame or something was a new still.
I know of panorama tools for stills, where you can mark 2 points (the same 2 points on both pictures) and it attaches the one picture fitting to the other one. And these pictures have to overlap each other too. so same principle than with the video, but it must use tracking of points in the video because choosing them by hand in each frame would be endlessly.
