update! It has passed my hands. I am extremely sorry for the delay, but I have been sick as hell. (Laying on bed the whole week suffering from flue and all that stuff, my astma caught me). Will send it out today to Mike Giesser on request of Jeremy (thx 4 support!). Good luck on all the artists that still have to contribute....
