I think 4 projects is ok as long as you are confident about them, and prepared to do alot of talking around them.
Agree that you really must do a practise run with a friend before you go, it throws up likely questions and any issues you may to deal with before you get there.
Also print off a cv to leave behnd with example of your work attached for them to keep on file or discuss after you leave,
