IMO, I don't think most people like to pay more than $200 for a business card design. I'd only charge more if they ask for logo and anything that they can't provide for themselves. quote the printing as a 2nd optional item on your estimate. they should have the option to print elsewhere or through your source if they'd like.
what do you mean by it would be good to have? good to have in your folio? if print design isn't your niche that you provide for your clients, it might not really matter a whole lot. ..if that is what you meant.
