hindsight is 20/20.
i'm glad you guys are all about sending positive vibes via the internet to strangers experiencing difficulty, but think you too would play the victim if you were in oneburn's shoes...
granted, blogging and broadcasting it wasn't the most diplomatic way of doing things, it certainly wasn't as outlandish as some are making it sound. People the world over handle adverse situations differently and act on impulsively in those times...
How many of us write on blogs about the weird shit that happens to us day in, day out?To top it all off, oneburn (to my knowledge) had no idea that perkins had a drinking problem... which doesn't absolve hiim, but can't make him an insensitive prick after the fact either.
Would I take the media down from the site? I think so. The story? Not a chance.my 2ยข
