Physically, we're worse off, but we live longer than men. Socially, it's also pretty difficult, depending on what sort of area you live in. I think it's still harder for women in almost every area, except when a woman can use her sexuality. Which isn't saying much.
Oh, and apparently, according to research, here is what couples make financially:
- two gay men make the most;
- heterosexual couple comes in second;
- two lesbians come in last.
