I'd actually like to hear how you 'big money' guys handle finances, jobs, manage things, etc
and also, what type of work you do for what type of clients and if you have employees or contractors.
Cuz throwin' around dollar signs doesnt make anyone else rich.
I'll start, even though I make well below six figures:
I freelance.
I have 1 revolving client that brings in almost nothing now.
Most of my work is interactive (flash) and I also do work for other firms/companies as a contractor for their clients.
(a film/media studio of 10-15 people, a web-firm of 40, and a large design firm of 80)I am still learning management and I don't think I am very good at talking to clients yet.
However, I work hard and do good work when I am not procrastinating.I also have very, very small expenses.
I am becoming more and more interested in business and finding more things to throw myself into.
