    i am 25 so i am definitely part of this demographic. i think the section i posted above is 100% true for me. it is a very big reason why i am leaving my current job...my bosses never comment on my work or tell me how i am doing or anything like that. they are all over 40+. however the last firm i worked at everyone in the company was under 34 and we constantly talked about everyones work together and it was great. i think this article is pretty dead on accuratel
