A vacuum cleaner is a must-have, indeed.
The more windows the better... and some good space between the floor and ceiling. Hmm... a sofa for peeps to chill out on and a refrigerator :) Some backgrounds to roll down... Other than that the various gear one prefer for one's unique style to evolve... whatever that would be.
Loads of other stuff I can think of, but I'll leave that up to your imagination... good luck!
