i like it overall, but have two interaction points which could improve the experience. the first being a cursor change to let me know that a portfolio item is clickable. the hi-light on the row helps, but i really do expect the cursor to change to let me know that something is a button (and the cursor change when rolling over text doesn't help me figure things out either). the other point focuses on the actual clicking part. the way one section closes and the other opens is a bit jumpy, considering there is a smooth motion directly following it (i know that each portfolio item is a flash movie and that the list itself isn't, but the contrast is a little jarring). other than that, everything else looks great.
