the issue with in microsoft is the same, they are pressured to release products faster and faster so they do miss things here and there.
as apple grows more in to main stream, the products will get crappier. i must admit, i love the colorful imacs that came out while back. it was good. my first issue with apple has with their emac, aluminum pb (not titatium), mini mac. they are all crap. insuperior product with cheap materials. when you use two plastic that are not the same mixture, you are gonna get different response to heat / usage and astethics.
i hope that they really fix this. they seem to have logistical issue with parts and manufacturing process. anything goes wrong, they blame the vendors. i dont see others blaming vendoring when they are also using vendors.
