gee i told you take the one down the hall from me, it was large ans spacious and windows in every room plus it had 3 walkin closets and the rent was only $1150 and no broker fee!!

if you are still interested in my neighborhood, the parking is easy since you have a car, its very safe, and trees on every block!! rent is affordable and apartments are large!!
i have a broker that only charges 1 month rent for her fee! not those ridiculous manhattan brokers that charge 15% of yearly rent...blah to that!!!
