well, if you're on osx you can use the free quicktime broadcaster... http://www.apple.com/quicktime/p…
couple that with the free quicktime streaming server and you're set. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/p…
it's not hard to set up... just sets up nicely with the built in apache web server.
