    well, i use everything vector so I know you're using a distressed font "Macelle Script" and the swashes that accompany this font, that's how I made mine look just like yours

    so anyone suggesting he lose the distress should understand that he probably won't

    i use vector distressing by taking photos of concrete and leveling them out to black and white

    then i vector trace that

    after that i use the vector distress to "trim" the piece in question

    again though, changing the g should be a main priority regardless if you use distress or not
