One widow, Ellen Mariani with her attorney, former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania Phil Berg filed suit against the Bush Administration under the RICO Racketeering Act. Ellen charged Bush et al with foreknowledge of the coming attacks, willfully allowing them to occur for political gain, and engaging in a criminal obstruction of the 9-11 investigations.
