I did that to someone recently. Came back from travelling aafter almost 2 months, promising this dude i'd be back for his wedding. He was trying to call me and texting me and emailing like "where the fuck are you?? my stago do's tomorrow!.... hey are you not back from holiday yet?? My weddings on saturday! It's me wedding today, where are you>??" etc..
I'll stake my pulitzer that he thinks i've joined some global terror network and am underground. hehe. Fact is, he's been boring me since i was 12, and it's about time i let him go...
