I am actually charged with almost the exact same thing currently. Albeit for a client and not for a company i work for. I find the process fascinating and very exciting aspect to the design process.
Identity can be very difficult process though. Man, I would love to help out with something like this in Scandinavia. Would be rad.
What exactly (if you can say) are you responsible for? Process, Concept, Identity, branding, set up? I have done all of these for groups before and they all present their own challenges.
