  thanks will do, winamp is just poor when it comes to playing movies and vlc has a crappy interface for me to load any movie apart from ones that require weird plugins

  and quicktime just gets me in a pissy mood on windows for numerous reasons, oh and doesnt work half the time even with the pro version
