Awe, I'm just f-ing with ya'll. I read the entire thread. Pretty goddamn hilarious, if not a bit harsh at points. I don't think the kid is dead, at least I hope he's not. It was probably Dustin posting as his Mom just to try and fuck with your heads.
Look, I believe that everyone is good at one thing (at the minimum). Once you find that one thing run with it and you will be successful and probably pretty darn happy. Most people don't know what their one thing is and are often wrong about what their one thing really is. Dustin is one of these people. This isn't his bag. It doesn't make him a retard (his hair does that)...it just means he hasn't found his one thing that he's good at. The illusion gets built up when you have friends and family, who think they are truly helping you, continuously supporting the thing that you suck ass at.....instead of realizing that the best thing would be to point them in the right direction.....the direction that leads them to their one thing. If Dustin is alive, I'd like to think he can walk away from this with a lesson. The lesson, at its most basic form, is that he sucks (at least at design).....but he should really be thankful that he didn't go through his whole life doing something he wasn't good at......in a fucked up way, you guys actually helped Dustin out. Now, this of course is assuming he is the kind of person who walks away from things always looking to learn something new and that he won't track all you motherfuckers down and slash your throats in your sleep. Good luck with that.
