  Anyway according to his site it was last updated on this date 09/08/05
  and that letter said he died this last summer.....I don't think so....

  Also, I don't think his mother would have the computer skills to go into his son's guestbook. Even if she could why would she be doing that?

  Last, It's impossible since people were writing to his guestbook since march. Apparently everybody (including his friends and granpa) was cool about his death and noone seemed to even care to mention it.

  Nice try whoever did it.
  My guess is that it was done by someone here at NT, but there's the slight chance that the dude from the counting crows did it.
