    I would work with it in Black and White and then furnish the colors. Umm are you making this logo in Photoshop? I suggest doing it in Illustrator and I don't think I am really feeling the three different typefaces. Try using one for the whole logo. Maybe take out the blur on the text in the middle and keep it pretty basic... I don't really know how it pertains to PAM AN HIGHWAY... what is PAM AN HIGHWAY?
