basically your to do list as you would keep it. i've been noticing people use them in different ways - some are very specific and it is pretty much everything they do in a day while others just put bigger tasks and not the little things.
it can include jobs you're working on, daily taks, non-daily tasks, anythign really... just what you'd write down to remind yourself of what you'd do. if you only write down 2-3 things a week, send that, if you write down 30-40...
this will be organized into a visual representation of people's daily tasks to give a sense of how everyone is busy - this is the first part of the exhibit. the rest deals with how design responds to this.
