Mallorca!!
It's an hour flight from Barcelona, it cost me $100 round trip. The Balearic Islands are absolutely breathtaking, and they've got the largest night club in Europe (I didn't make it there).
Rent a nice little convertible (I rented a Fiat Barchetta - slick little car) and drive up the coast of the Med, enjoy the cappuccino in the morning and some sangria for the sunset. You can see 90% of it in one day, if you don't stop too many places. I'd advise checking out some of the local towns,though. Great stuff.
