  Spike your hair up, make really long muttonchop looking side burns, wear a 2 polo's of alternating colors both collars up, jeans that looked like they came out of a wood chipper, with sandals no matter what the weather and carry around a big jug with the words "ROOFIES" written on it filled with starburst.

  I call this gem, "The Frat Boy".
