what spaniard said about blunt - cheap and prints tuesday and thursday to get back in time for the w/end. not the greatest quality but easy to deal with.
your problem is that you only want 500 whereas 5000 is usually minimum. blunt will be able to do 500 on their digital machine (and even quicker than usual) but will prolly cost you the same as 5000 on their press.
