I'm not sure what you're saying, but my guess is you're having a similar problem I've had in the past where the iframes make scroll bars on the mac to an excess of a couple pixels more than it would on a pc... its really not resizing your iframe or anything though, all you need is to put in all the code for no scroll bars in the style sheet, x-overflow: hiddenl y-overflow: hidden ya know.
Also one thing bugs me, your title says "Style is the message" To me, that is so the slogan for the 123clan.... just doesn't feel right seeing another person in the design community with that slogan. oh well. good luck.
