a few tips:
- use a very legible sans-serif
- weight: light or roman
- preferrably condensed!!
- tone it down, light grey (30-40%)
or something
- put sample copy on it and see if it still looks good
- you could put the most important info at the top and the adresses in 8 small columns at the bottom, should be doable.
