What do you actually need for this project? A breakdown of a certain total for talent, production, media etc?
There must be parameters for the assignment right? If it's a mock print campaign, you need to break it down into creative development, photography, talent (if necessary), retouching/production art, and the big chuck will go to the actual media placement.
If it's TV, then there's the whole line up of items to budget there as well.
