an AD or CD who doesnt understand budget can not do their job effectively.
a good creative will always consider time and materal for what they could produce.

true. my professor gave one lecture on budget, but that was just how to read the newspaper advert guidelines. i'll just wing it, and let the teacher correct me for my faux pas. i know i have to consider time and material, but my other classes are more important...it's rough here on NT for a student.
