yeah like someone else said, check out dell, they have a couple of really cheap laptops. or try best buy or circuit city, they usually have a compaq or something that's really cheap. i had to buy one. i got my toshiba laptop for 850 after rebate and i use that for work. and they have new laptop on ebay but they end up selling them almost at retail anyway.
