hey bucky...
my wife and i went as velma and shaggy a few years back..
all it takes is a quick trip to the local Sally Anne, or other thrift shop...the clothes are pretty easy to find..., to be shaggy, just make sure you don't shave your chin for a week, and muss up your hair a bit
